3BHK Flat and Apartment design

This is the first and evermost design of a building that I have made in AutoCAD and later modified in 3DS Max. All these software's are a huge respect for me that I have gut to make these kinds of designs. At first I have made building designs, but that are of G+1, G+2 & G + 3. This is the first time that I have made G + 8 building and that also of flat design in AutoCAD.

So now the main important thing is how you will make these type of designs, or how I have made this. Well these is the thing that I am going to explain here and give a brief view of this design.

First you make the plan in AutoCAD. And after that copy the plan and make a mirror of it by drawing a reference line somewhere. After that copy the plan and bring it to a new file in AutoCAD only, but that should be another file of the same drawing. Remove the unwanted materials or text you have given it. Wait I will show you the images.

After that of the same plan you make two or three copies. So that number of floor plans you can make. By using mirror command you mirror it left/right and top. And after that as usual, give the staircase where you want, as well as the lift also.

Now, as everything is done, now it's time to make the 3D elevation/structure. First you make layers of it, of every walls, columns, doors, windows, slabs etc. and after that make each part one by one. You know it how to make all these. Already you are expert in AutoCAD.

So I hoped you have also made it like me, the 3D elevation in AutoCAD. Making these plans or designs in AutoCAD is easy, but the real game arises while modifying the 3D Structure in 3DS Max. I will not say that it's difficult. It's simple and easy, but you have to understand the concept.

Now, after making the 3D elevation you have to import the file in 3DS Max. And how to import it you already know that. And if you don't know then click here. You will get to understand each and every details about it. But before importing see that your all layers of drawing fit correctly. So that in 3DS Max you can easily give the materials.

So these are some different kinds of view's you can see in 3DS Max. But there is one thing that I have not told you before. Guess what............. Well before modifying, the whole structure that you have made in AutoCAD, will appear black. But if you have made all those walls, columns, slabs, staircase etc. layer by layer, then it will be easy for you to give the materials. For every layers, you can give different materials as well as different colors also.

For giving any material in 3DS Max, you have to learn the whole course fully. Then only you will understand the concept. To give any materials or color to the structure you have made, will be based upon your texture and appearance. Like what is the scenario of your building, what is it's photography or background image, in what type of environment/exposure you want your building to look like etc. & etc. You can give all the possible outcomes you like. As I have given here after modifying the whole structure.

After all these, your structure work is being completed. Now you add some more designs to make your landscape or for the outside environment you want to look like. You can add the pavilion here, so that car or any LMV vehicle can enter there. Also you can give some trees or person or car to show something unique. Like that you can add some more things to make your design more beautiful.

As you can see, that I have added some more things, to make the design more attractive and beautiful to look at. You can also give the materials or import it from other source and then make the landscape more beautiful. You also give boundary wall as well as gate also, which I have missed these two things. You can also give a road nearby and show some moving vehicles going on. Multiple number of things you can give out, to look the design more aesthetic and also attractive.
And in the end you render the design and can see the output of the design/structure. And if the rendering doesn't comes out proper, leave it (Leave it means not that you stop rendering. You render it completely, but to make the design more precious you can edit it in some other software). You can do editing in photoshop. And after editing in photoshop, you can see the final design of your structure.

MACHINES USED AT CONSTRUCTION SITES

The most commonly used machine at any construction site is JCB where it's technical name is Backhoe. It is the most common and widely used machine in any construction project whether its big or small project. It becomes easier and makes the work faster for the companies at any time of interval.    All other machines such as Transit Mixer, Concrete Mixer, Roller etc are also used in any kind of road project or building project. Transit Mixer is used for large large building projects, bridge projects, some kind of road projects etc. whereas concrete mixer is for small building projects. Roller is used for road project and bridge project for its elevation.  For any building project the most commonly used machines are concrete mixer, transit mixer, concrete pump, bar bending machine, needle vibrator, water pump and many more. All these machinery works make the work easier and faster. Otherwise if the work is done with labourers it will take more time and less efficient ...

How to edit grid systems in Etabs

Okk in the last blog I had discussed about Etabs for beginners. You have got at least some ideas about it. If you have not seen it then click here . But here I am going to discuss how you will edit Grids/Columns in Etabs. As I had said by clicking on "Modify/Show Grid Systems" option a new dialog box appears, their you can edit anything. But you can also do it by different way. On the left side in grid dimensions (plan) you can see that two options are available. One is "Uniform Grid Spacing" and the other is "Custom Grid Spacing". Click on the "Custom Grid Spacing" and you see that Edit Grid Data option is available. Just click on that, and you can edit it as you want by giving the required dimensions in X-axis and Y-axis only. Ok whatever be lets come to the topic. If you have done it like as I have shown earlier then follow those steps. And the one who were new to this blog this is just for that. That's why I underlined with BLUE line an...

Excavation for RE Wall.

So, hey guys! How are you? You might have read my previous blogs about panel casting  and panel placing . Now it's time to learn about panel erection or what to do after 3-4 months of casting the panels. So the first step is about excavation for RE Wall. Then only you can erect the panels. So let us learn about this excavation part.  You all know excavation work is done by JCB or Falkland. To excavate the soil and then carry it to the other dumped areas. But before excavation you all know, to marked the center line as well as the outer line also so that the area doesn't excavate much as per the requirement. For excavation just you need to take 500mm more, then that of the given drawing.  Doing this excavation is easy. But what to do if it's flooded with rain water/ or water coming from other sources. Definitely your answer will be to do dewatering work with a water pump. That's fine. But do this dewatering work with almost by fixing 3-4 water pumps. So that it soaks...
