All these erection work had started on quite 4-5 days back. But couldn't write any blogs due to not having any clear-cut decision. But right now I am fine. I will maintain my work.

And also one more thing, these days labor's were also not available. Only one or two labor's remain at the site to do the work. So there's a issue in that also. But today new team is being invited. Waiting for them to come to do the work. Hope that they would do the work properly by bringing about 5-6 labor's. None of the work should remain balance. Every work should be done properly and on time.

So the new team has arrived. And they are carrying the work as advised to them.

They have better skills and also take better precautions for their safety. They know how to acknowledge their work of their own. Anyway indeed a great pleasure😌.

So to do the panel erection work, now the work is on progress and also have to do the work faster. Day and night, the work will be going on from now onwards. The labor's are busy at their work and also the supervisor's are also carrying their work forward.

The panel work can't be stop from day to day working hours. As the work needs faster to do so. So we all are busy and ready to do the work faster. So that we can open the traffic to public. Otherwise there's lot of traffic congestion going on now.

The work of RE Wall is going on now and also the bridge work also. Many girders were lifted and also slab casting is also being going on. Hoping that bridge work will be completed fully in next year i.e., 2024.

Remember one thing that the pcc work should be done at the bottom of the panels. This is done so that after aligning the panel doesn't fall backwards. Neither it gets a single move in backward direction.

As you can see in the images that at the bottom of the panels PCC casting work has been done. And why this is done I have explained above. But anyway remember the steps.

And after doing all these work you can do the sand filling and put the Geogrid in the cavity of the panels. And like this the step-by-step work goes on.

So, hey guys! How are you? You might have read my previous blogs about panel casting and panel placing . Now it's time to learn about panel erection or what to do after 3-4 months of casting the panels. So the first step is about excavation for RE Wall. Then only you can erect the panels. So let us learn about this excavation part. You all know excavation work is done by JCB or Falkland. To excavate the soil and then carry it to the other dumped areas. But before excavation you all know, to marked the center line as well as the outer line also so that the area doesn't excavate much as per the requirement.
