Machineries used in RE Wall

 So far you all have known that, how RE Wall construction is done and how they are installed. You might have known from the previous blogs. The panels, how are they casted and how the erection work is done. If you have not seen my previous blogs then you will understand nothing. So, the type of machineries used in RE Walls are as follows :- 

1. Hydra 
2. Dumper 
3. Grader 
4. Roller 
5. Falkland 
6. JCB 
7. Vibrator 

HYDRA 

Hydra is the most important machinery used in RE Wall. Without hydra, nothing work is possible to do. Because to lift the panels, you will need crane or hydra. After casting for demolding the panels, you will need hydra only and also for panel erection, hydra is only the main aim to lift the panels. So HYDRA is the heart of RE Wall. Without this machine you will have to wait for somedays for work. 

DUMPER 

Dumper is used for transportation, to bring the soil. aggregates etc. from other source. You might have visualized why dumper is used for and what's its purpose. Dumper is used in all types of construction work, i.e., for transportation or to bring the materials from other source to the site. Basically dumper is used for bringing sand, aggregates etc. 

In some sites dumper is used for bringing the excavated soil for different uses. There are lots of work can be done through dumper. You can't add it. But you might have visualize it the types of work can be done through this. 

GRADER 

Grader's main work is only for one thing, i.e., to distribute the soil uniformly in all sides. For any road-work construction, airport construction, RE Wall construction, you might have seen the work of grader. It distributes the excess amount of soil, to the sides uniformly. If a dumper dumps the soil or soil level is high than the required level, you can use the grader to distribute the soil or cut the soil to make it uniform respectively. 

ROLLER 

What's about to say for this machine. You all know, that this machine is used for compaction. In RE Wall also, after distribution of soil by grader or by JCB or by some other machines, roller is used for compaction. Here pneumatic tyre roller is used. But see one thing, that roller should be used aside by 1m from the inner side of the wall.

FALKLAND 

This machine is used to filter the soil and also to give the soil at a large distance. Though it's boom is much longer and also for large bucket size, it can carry huge amount of soil to spread it all around. But basically this type of machine is used for large excavations, to climb the hilly areas, to filter the soil etc. It's a very useful machine and it can support large areas in difficult times/situations. 

JCB 

The most common used machines for any construction works, basically for excavations. But in RE Wall, it has many uses. It can bring the soil from one area to other area. It can store the soil in somewhere and then use it when required. It works like grader and sometimes like as Falkland, for excavation and also to filter the soil. It can bring the soil, aggregates or stone dust or gravel in it's loader, to use it for required work. Without JCB construction work is useless to start. With this machine only you can start any construction work. 

VIBRATOR 

And at last this is the most important machine for casting. Without vibrator, casting of panels is useless. It neither gets compaction nor sets perfectly. This is the useful machine for casting of panels. Basically needle vibrators are used of size (40-60) mm. So that the concrete gets well compacted and neither water voids nor air voids remain there.
