REVIT AND 3DS MAX SOFTWARE FOR ENGINEERS

 BIM full form is Building Information System is a purposeful and designful software's for all Architects and Civil Engineers. Basically four software's are commonly used, they are AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Sketch-Up, 3DS Max. In all these software's a building or a bungalow can designed. However other software's are are also there such as Lumion, Archicad etc. are also used. 

But the topic I have given is about Revit and 3DS Max, do you know why?????? Because today I am feeling very happy about these two software's. Two year's of my thinking wastage and patience gave me the result today. And today I have fully downloaded and installed it in my PC. I was extremely quite happy and thought that my pain has wasted and from today I can learn and start as my future career. 

When I first saw about these software I thought of something different world that all the rich and wealthy people lives in. The building design looks autonomous and grateful to live in such a comfortable design building. And from that day I thought of learning about these two software's. So today I end up thinking and downloaded it. No matter how much time it takes but the software should be downloaded. 4GB and 5hours have been wasted. But the patience and strong determination lead me to win this result. 


Before onwards, I had downloaded and installed it in my PC. But every-time it gives unsatisfactory result, sometimes license agreement, sometimes operating system, sometimes 30 days trial etc. and etc. and many more. But I always ignored it and thought of trying every-time I want. And today it's perfectly installed. All license agreement has been done and required OS has been installed and now I can use for lifetime. 💓💓💓💓💓😍😍.

How to make Staircase in Etabs

 In the last blog I had described about making beams, columns, slabs/roofs in Etabs. But I forgot to tell you how to make staircase. Apology for that. But today in this blog I am going to discuss how to make staircase in Etabs. So before making Staircase first of all delete one side of the slab by single click. But remember one thing in the story side you should have to click "All Stories" so that automatically all slabs will get deleted and required gap and positioning will be appeared.  First click on All Stories After that select one portion of slab   After that go to Edit menu and click on Delete   Then one part of the slab of each story becomes hollow So doing the following steps you can now make the staircase. As for staircase we need hollow section at the top of it, so that it's free to move. In practical field also you can't provide staircase if the roof is covered with slab.  Ok, so in the last two blogs I had described about how to make  beams, columns, slabs  and  staircase  in Etabs. But as a beginner for somebody it's easy whereas for someone it's rough to understand or have misconception. If you have not understood or read it then go to the above links and practice it again.
