PROBLEMS FACED AT CONSTRUCTION SITE

 When you join as fresher in any construction company you will be able to face various kinds of problems. But how you will get rid out of this? How you will fix the issue? There are many worries and many hindrance activities that happens in the site. The laborers doesn't listen any thing and the Mistry thinks himself to be the best. The contractor also try to solve out the issues in different ways which is exactly not feasible.

Many problems and damages happens at construction site and the contractor and Mistry never try to solve it out in a scientific way, but as a site engineer you have scientific as well as technical knowledge. So you should have to be careful about it and solve it as the best possible manner you can. 

Someday it might happen that there are less bags of cement, or may be the vibrator is not working properly, or may be less quantities of fine aggregates, coarse aggregates etc. and etc. But as a site engineer it's your responsibility that you should have to fix out these issues. Well these are the common problems that happens in every construction site. But there are also some major problems such as rising up of water level, no space for going in & out after excavation, heavy weight irons falling on the ground etc. All these major problems lead to man-work difficulty and as a result the workers also find it difficult to work on it. 

So to get out rid of all these problems you should have to be aware of it and provide some easy steps to carry forward the work. Otherwise no one will work on it and your site will remain close which will be a huge loss for the company. So the day when there are less no. of cement bags, just look for a particular work where less no. of cement bags are required. When the vibrator is of no use then no need to do concreting work and carry forward with some kind of other works. When less quantities of aggregates are present on the site then use the mixture for only required number of concreting works. When less number of bricks are available then don't worry you can carry forward with woodwork or steel work. But just do some work with the help of laborers where you can so your preferences for ideal work. Otherwise no work means no profit; and no profit means your job is gone. 

Many contractor's find it difficult to provide some beneficiary things regularly. They think it as to be wastage of money and of no use. So some works are carried out by manually or by handwork. So try to remain active and alert in your own work. This is the only ultimate step that will lead you to success.
