NEVER GIVE UP

 Life is a war. You should always have to stand against it. It dosen't matters how difficult situation you have faced or how difficult your life is. The only thing that matters is your achievement and success. Nobody is going to asked you what are the strategies you have failed or how much you worked hard. Only just going to asked you what are the strategies you have applied and your challenges. 

There are always some persons who are going to give you negative points about the work or journey you want to start. While there are some people who are going to advise you to upbringing your life from zero level to hero level. But mind it, beware of fake people. Obviously, the knowledge you learnt, you are going to start your life with that career. 

When you passed your HSLC examination or HS examination, you noticed that nobody has seen your hard work only they asked about the results. But you know how much you have worked hard or how much you acknowledge yourself day and night. So like that in your career nobody is going to asked you how much you worked hard, but everybody is going to see your achievement. 

Be kind, strong and intelligent because civil engineering is that field where lots of people are going to criticized you to default your career. They will always try to underestimate you but never try to upgrade you. So you have to be confident about yourself. Don't give up but try to analyze it. Because analyzing is the important thing that will help to upgrow your career. 

Many persons want to work in a high and rich profile company. But there are some persons who wants to start their career of ownself. They always want to be independent and reach out their goals. So be hardworking and try to achieve your goals. You will see that one day success is coming towards you. You will be really glad and overwhelming. And many people are coming towards you to take your advise about the success of hard work. It will be a pleasurable moment for you. 

There are many such companies, many such divisions, many persons, who worked hard and trying to upbringing themselves in a huge amount. But if I am going to advise them one by one it take a long time and the article will also be long. But in short many persons are going to accommodate high quality work for their achievement.

How to make Staircase in Etabs

 In the last blog I had described about making beams, columns, slabs/roofs in Etabs. But I forgot to tell you how to make staircase. Apology for that. But today in this blog I am going to discuss how to make staircase in Etabs. So before making Staircase first of all delete one side of the slab by single click. But remember one thing in the story side you should have to click "All Stories" so that automatically all slabs will get deleted and required gap and positioning will be appeared.  First click on All Stories After that select one portion of slab   After that go to Edit menu and click on Delete   Then one part of the slab of each story becomes hollow So doing the following steps you can now make the staircase. As for staircase we need hollow section at the top of it, so that it's free to move. In practical field also you can't provide staircase if the roof is covered with slab.  During foundation you should always be careful that there is no water present in the excavation pit and the depth should be accurate. So for that you need manwork and labourers to maintain it's accuracy. So before going further for any work just be careful that the depth of foundation is accurate and no error should be made. Because the structure of a building is fully depend upon foundation.
