FINISHING WORKS OF HOUSE

We all know that finishing work of house includes painting, tiles fitting and plumbing works as well as electrical works. All these works are done after completing the plastering works of the house. So in order to make proper and dominant work you should have to spend some time with the workers so they don't waste the required materials uselessly. There are also other works such as false ceiling work, wallpaper work, spraying and design aesthetic appearance etc. are also some works that are done at the end. Fitting up of furniture's, glass and woodworks will be discussed later. But here we will discuss about painting, flooring and plumbing works which can be done in a week.

For painting works the required materials are brush, shoe-brush, thinner, primer and color paint. Because after completing the plastering work and giving it to dry for one month the main work done is painting. After that the wall gives a shiny and colorful appearance which looks aesthetically beautiful.

For flooring work the required materials are tiles, white putty, cement etc. But be careful with the required number of materials. Because there are also some wastage that are to be handled out. Otherwise every materials brought on the site are never satisfied with the workers. So if you want to fit tiles in the house be careful with the Mistry and workers and tell them to make a proper list of the materials that are to be needed while doing the work.

Similarly the same is to be done with the plumbing works as well as the electrical works. Otherwise there will be a lot of money waste and as a result the work will take much more time to complete it. Because the materials required with all these works are not to be satisfied with you.

Well I have not said about the materials required for plumbing and electrical works because there are lots of materials needed. Out of the common materials needed are pipe, elbow, T-joint, socket, basin, tape etc. and electric wires, casing, electric board etc. are required respectively. And not only these there are also some other materials needed which are not exactly in my mind. 😄😄😄😄

How to edit grid systems in Etabs

Okk in the last blog I had discussed about Etabs for beginners. You have got at least some ideas about it. If you have not seen it then click here . But here I am going to discuss how you will edit Grids/Columns in Etabs. As I had said by clicking on "Modify/Show Grid Systems" option a new dialog box appears, their you can edit anything. But you can also do it by different way. On the left side in grid dimensions (plan) you can see that two options are available. One is "Uniform Grid Spacing" and the other is "Custom Grid Spacing". Click on the "Custom Grid Spacing" and you see that Edit Grid Data option is available. Just click on that, and you can edit it as you want by giving the required dimensions in X-axis and Y-axis only. Ok whatever be lets come to the topic. If you have done it like as I have shown earlier then follow those steps. And the one who were new to this blog this is just for that. That's why I underlined with BLUE line an...

How to make 3D Render in Etabs

Ok, so in the last two blogs I had described about how to make  beams, columns, slabs  and  staircase  in Etabs. But as a beginner for somebody it's easy whereas for someone it's rough to understand or have misconception. If you have not understood or read it then go to the above links and practice it again. And if you have understood then it's good and go forward for the upcoming steps. Because the more you learn, the more you understand. The more you get knowledge, the more you learn new things. So if you want to render like as if I had rendered it then you are on the right website. Just follow the instructions as I have told you.  This is the Rendering view, which I have Rendered. You can also see the 3D View also. After making the complete building structure and modelling all those beams, columns, slabs, staircase etc. you come to the ribbon wizard which is above plan view or 3-D view. You can see a Tick-mark ☑ option which is also known as "Set Displa...
