CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

 First of all I would like to ask you what is management? Because before discussing about construction management first of all you should have to be careful with the term management. Obviously management means planning, decision making, leadership process, co-operating with the works of others etc. and etc. And most importantly he should be careful about the company to handle the problems of his work. 

Construction management is also same thing that involves in . The manager should be careful about the materials, equipment's and machineries that are required in the construction site. He should also have the power to handle every labor problems and the working area of the site. He should have to think 360° view of the work in the construction site, where the obstructions will occur, how to control the execution of work and how to make the work efficient and easy.

But this construction management cannot be achieved within a short period of time, because you should have the experience of construction work. You should have the experience of each and every construction work and this could achieved after 10 to 15 years when you are fully confident about each and every construction work in the company.

There are some major cases that you should have to be careful about such as providing them safety equipments, handling the work in each and every difficulty, managing the workers etc. As the same work is done by the contract engineer like that the same work is also provided by the construction manager also. But every work is not done by the manager like the same way every work is not done by the contract engineer. Because the contract should have to view and think about the work that is to be done at the site. But the construction manager have to handle and qualify the workers about the work to provide them every benefits. 

Okk with this case everything is okk. Then what does the contractor do? Because mostly as a fresher you see that all these safety equipment's, materials and tools are provided by the contractors. Well in small projects it happens but where their is a large project of about more than 100 crores the contractor only pays and discuss about each and every materials, machineries how to keep them at the site and how to work with them. But in most cases the contractor only pays to the workers and machineries that are bought by him. No matter from where he gets that money; because for every new equipment's or materials he gets paid by the company.

 The most commonly used machine at any construction site is JCB where it's technical name is Backhoe. It is the most common and widely used machine in any construction project whether its big or small project. Without hydra, nothing work is possible to do. Because to lift the panels, you will need crane or hydra. After casting for demolding the panels, you will need hydra only and also for panel erection, hydra is only the main aim to lift the panels. So HYDRA is the heart of RE Wall.
