THE CONCRETE MIXTURE MACHINE

For any kind of concrete work whether it is PCC or RCC concrete mixture machine is necessary. Otherwise the work remains default or it dosen't make any progress. So to overcome this defect the concrete machine should be checked properly and it should give a uniform result.

For any company work whether it is private or government the mixture machine is necessary. As with this machine the work becomes more efficient and easy for the workers. But what happens when the machine gives some problem or it dosen't moves properly. How you will make the mixture or how will you work on that day? So there are some things that you will face some day. Just learn the tricks before.

The most common problem of mixture machine is the handle or the shaft which dosen't moves properly. So you should have to be careful with that. Many works remain undone on the site and the workers also find it difficult to do it. Because they also have pain and ache and therefore rest is also necessary.

In the above images you can see that shuttering is given but the concrete is not poured. Or the shuttering is made but it is kept aside on the site. These are the some problems where the work becomes late and it consumes more time to finish the work. Hand made mixture is strictly prohibited. No hand made mixture should be done in any project or building works. But wait, don't be afraid, because there are some companies where hand-made mixture is used and i.e., only for PCC or rough work.

Okk, from the above I have talked only about the problems that you face with mixture machine. But there are also some problems that you face with contractors or mistry. And the most common problem is that they don't use vibrators after pouring the concrete in the shuttering. This is the main major problem with the case of mistry where he don't have any technical knowledge and later it leads to honeycomb like structures. It then shrinks, occur cracks and ultimately leads to failure of the structure

The work which remains undone is kept like rubbish on the site, the excavation which is not done with JCB is later done by workers with hand made tools, the water which remains on the excavation pit should be cleared out first and all this problems you should have to get rid out of it.

So to get out rid of this problems you should have to be careful with your work. And tell each and every things to the contractor that you faced on the site. Otherwise this will lead you to tension and stress about the work. To clear out the water from the excavation pit you should have water pump. To make more excavation you have to use JCB. Before making any wood cutting work first you should have to check the limit of the work that is to be done.

And all this things happens on the site when the concrete mixture dosen't works properly. All the mistry and workers dosen't have any interest to work on the site and they just spend the time just by showing something to work. There is lack of interest in any work.

MACHINES USED AT CONSTRUCTION SITES

The most commonly used machine at any construction site is JCB where it's technical name is Backhoe. It is the most common and widely used machine in any construction project whether its big or small project. It becomes easier and makes the work faster for the companies at any time of interval.    All other machines such as Transit Mixer, Concrete Mixer, Roller etc are also used in any kind of road project or building project. Transit Mixer is used for large large building projects, bridge projects, some kind of road projects etc. whereas concrete mixer is for small building projects. Roller is used for road project and bridge project for its elevation.  For any building project the most commonly used machines are concrete mixer, transit mixer, concrete pump, bar bending machine, needle vibrator, water pump and many more. All these machinery works make the work easier and faster. Otherwise if the work is done with labourers it will take more time and less efficient for the work.

Excavation for RE Wall.

So, hey guys! How are you? You might have read my previous blogs about panel casting  and panel placing . Now it's time to learn about panel erection or what to do after 3-4 months of casting the panels. So the first step is about excavation for RE Wall. Then only you can erect the panels. So let us learn about this excavation part.  You all know excavation work is done by JCB or Falkland. To excavate the soil and then carry it to the other dumped areas. But before excavation you all know, to marked the center line as well as the outer line also so that the area doesn't excavate much as per the requirement. For excavation just you need to take 500mm more, then that of the given drawing.  Doing this excavation is easy. But what to do if it's flooded with rain water/ or water coming from other sources. Definitely your answer will be to do dewatering work with a water pump. That's fine. But do this dewatering work with almost by fixing 3-4 water pumps. So that it soaks mo

Machineries used in RE Wall

So far you all have known that, how RE Wall construction is done and how they are installed. You might have known from the previous blogs. The panels, how are they casted and how the erection work is done. If you have not seen my previous blogs then you will understand nothing. First go and understand these articles by clicking on the link and then only you will understand here briefly.  So, the type of machineries used in RE Walls are as follows :-  Hydra  Dumper  Grader  Roller  Falkland  JCB  Vibrator  HYDRA  Hydra is the most important machinery used in RE Wall. Without hydra, nothing work is possible to do. Because to lift the panels, you will need crane or hydra. After casting for demolding the panels, you will need hydra only and also for panel erection, hydra is only the main aim to lift the panels. So HYDRA is the heart of RE Wall. Without this machine you will have to wait for somedays for work.  DUMPER  Dumper is used for transportation, to bring the soil. aggregates etc. f
