The erection of Zoo-tiniali work has started. Let me show you the photos, wait  All these erection work had started on quite 4-5 days back. But couldn't write any blogs due to not having any clear-cut decision. But right now I am fine. I will maintain my work.  And also one more thing, these days labor's were also not available. Only one or two labor's remain at the site to do the work. So there's a issue in that also. But today new team is being invited. Waiting for them to come to do the work. Hope that they would do the work properly by bringing about 5-6 labor's. None of the work should remain balance. Every work should be done properly and on time.  So the new team has arrived. And they are carrying the work as advised to them.  They have better skills and also take better precautions for their safety. They know how to acknowledge their work of their own.  In every site you see, there is no clearance of anything. Whether you clear the jungle or you clear the grass-bush area. Then also after clearing all these, there will be some things remaining in the site. Such as barricades or un-uniform distribution of soil.  As you can see in the images that there is no even distribution of soil neither barricades were properly arranged. All these problems come to arises, while working on the site. These specifications must be considered with clear decision. But the thing is not that you shouldn't have to clear it. You have to clear it but with specific reasons and time.  To make it clear, you have to put some sign boards at the front of the barricades. So that they can be aware of it (the public). After that you start the work of clearing your site. Whatever the machines or equipments you have, you can clear with that. So be cautious and do the work perfectly.  You can now start the work and remove all the unwanted materials from the site. If

  You can see in the image of the traffic congestion, and why does this occurs just ask yourself.  The modern reason for traffic congestion I will explain below. But to remove this traffic congestion can include various points, such as :  Make the roadway little bit broader.   Remove the unwanted traffic that creating disaster.  Many vehicle's like as auto, magic or goods carrying vehicles stops ⛔ nearby and creates a havoc.  People should be aware to maintain their own traffic rules.  So, anyway lots and lots of points/ideas would come to your mind about these traffic congestion. So to remove this problem there should be construction of new roads, making the roadway broader or constructing a flyover just to pass over the railway crossing.  As you can now see in the images 🖼 that a flyover construction is going on so to reduce the traffic-jam. Zoo-tiniali flyover construction had been started from February 2022. The work is going on fast and almost now half of the work is completed. And half is remaining to do in this year i. e., 2023. The engineer's, labor's, mistries supervisor's all of them are on their duty and they carry out their work regularly.  Half of the work is almost done, and now their is RE-Wall construction work which will also be carried on. Excavation work is going on now, along Hatigarh side. The work is in progress now. In the meantime they carry on their work for girders. Steel girders are being used their, so to maintain the stability of the road.  But anyhow, the construction of flyover is going on tremendously. No obstruction, no idleness, no work hectic situation. All works are being carried forwardly and none of them are creating any nuisance.  The flyover will be made in T-shape.
